HOW WE DO IT
Yarn & Gauge Selection
Choose from acrylic, wool, cotton, cashmere blend, and recycled fibers. Gauge (knit density) determines warmth and drape.
Pattern & Colorwork Design
Your pattern, stripes, intarsia, or jacquard design is programmed into our computerized flat-bed and circular knitting machines.
Sample Knitting
A physical sample is knitted for your approval. We check dimensions, gauge tension, color accuracy, and construction before bulk.
Bulk Production
Approved samples go to full production. Each piece is knitted, finished, and inspected for consistent gauge and appearance.
Finishing & Labeling
Products are steamed, folded, labeled, and packed according to your export or retail packaging requirements.
