HOW WE DO IT
Pre-Treatment
Garments (especially dark fabrics) are pre-treated with a bonding solution to ensure ink adhesion and vibrancy.
Digital Printing
Your artwork is sent directly to the DTG printer. The machine jets ink onto the fabric in a single pass with precise dot placement.
Heat Curing
Printed garments are heat-cured at 165u00b0C to permanently bond the ink to the fabric and set the colors.
Quality Inspection
Each piece is inspected for color accuracy, coverage, and hand feel. Dark garment prints are checked for white ink opacity.
