HOW WE DO IT

01

Design & Shape Approval

Your patch design and shape are confirmed. We produce a physical sample before cutting bulk denim material.

02

Denim Cutting

Raw denim is cut to your specified shape using die-cutting machines for consistent, clean edges at scale.

03

Distressing

Each patch is distressed using laser etching, sanding, chemical washing, or hand tools depending on your required finish.

04

Embroidery & Details

Logos, text, or artwork are embroidered onto the distressed patch. Chenille, chain stitch, or lock stitch available.

05

Application to Garment

Patches are sewn or ironed onto your garments at precise positions. Sew-on is recommended for maximum durability.
