HOW WE DO IT
Design Preparation
Your design is prepared as a vector file and sent to our plotter for precision cutting from the chosen vinyl material.
Weeding
Excess vinyl is removed (weeded) by hand, leaving only the design on the carrier film, ready for heat application.
Heat Application
The vinyl is positioned on the garment and pressed under controlled temperature (150u2013170u00b0C) and pressure for the required dwell time.
Peel & Inspect
The carrier film is peeled away (hot or cold depending on vinyl type) and the finished garment is inspected for adhesion and appearance.
