HOW WE DO IT
Design Digitizing
Your artwork is converted into a stitch file (DST/EMB format) by our digitizing team. This determines stitch type, density, and direction.
Sample Stitch-Out
A physical sample is stitched on the same fabric as your production garment for your approval before bulk production begins.
Production Embroidery
Approved designs are loaded onto our multi-head machines. Garments are hooped, stitched, and unhooped by our operators.
Trimming & QC
Jump threads are trimmed, backing paper removed, and each piece inspected for missed stitches, puckering, or color errors.
