HOW WE DO IT
Artwork Submission
Send your design in vector format (AI, EPS, PDF) at 300 DPI minimum. Our team separates colors and prepares film positives.
Screen Preparation
Each color gets its own mesh screen coated with photosensitive emulsion and exposed under UV light.
Press Setup & Test Print
Screens are mounted on the press, inks mixed to your Pantone specs, and a test print approved before production begins.
Full Production Run
Your garments are printed at high speed with consistent pressure and ink deposit. Each piece passes visual QC inline.
Curing & Quality Check
Printed garments pass through a conveyor dryer at 160u00b0C to permanently cure the ink. Final QC checks washfastness and color accuracy.
